I found the staff to be excellent. They were consistently helpful. The food selection was plentiful and generally tasty. I especially liked the themed dinner nights. They added nice variety. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to the beachfront.
The pillows in my room were too firm for my preference. This made it a bit difficult to get a restful night's sleep.

I found lots of activities throughout the day. the all-inclusive setup was convenient. I liked the drinks, food, and snacks available. i thought the staff were very friendly. They were always ready to help when needed.
the pool area was smaller than i anticipated, securing sunbeds became a morning race. there were rules about unattended towels, but these weren't consistently enforced. this made it a bit difficult to relax by the pool at times.

I stayed just one night this year, coming directly from the airport. The short distance proved very practical. parking availability near the hotel was very helpful. our requested room with a partial sea view met our expectations. the breakfast was ample, with a nice variety to select from!
The pool became very busy. acquiring a sunbed required an early rise. People seemed to reserve them quite early.

the seventh-floor room provided a beautiful sea view. daily housekeeping ensured a clean space. the room included a mini fridge useful for storing drinks. a shower with good pressure made it great.

I found the reception staff very helpful. the room had a nice sea view. It was close to the airport with a short taxi ride. the large pool area was a bonus, and the proximity to the beach was perfect.
the cutlery in the restaurant was to be washed in a bowl and wiped clean at a cleaning station. this made me slightly concerned about hygiene. i think improvements in dishwashing practices would be beneficial.
